We completed the deal yesterday. Whole selling experience was really smooth and we can't thank you enough for the luck of it especially at the time of the baby coming and moving to a new city. You all helped the process to go as easy as it could be. We are so happy that we chose you, all our friends know how happy we were working with you.

Just a short but important letter to let you know how much we have appreciated the help we have received from Malcolm over the last few weeks concerning the various little problems over the flat. He has been absolutely first class in the depth of service he has provided, especially with the problems of the washing machine and his sensitive handling of the tenant, service people and delivery of a new machine which entailed him having to go to the flat very early and dealing with extrememly disgruntled delivery men!

We appreciate it very much and are extremely grateful for his diligence. He is a fist class chap!

I would like to mention that I am very happy with the service I got from you guys, especially Gari Alongi. To be honest I was on my way to Heathrow to catch my flight to India and thought I would come back from my holiday and then start looking for properties all over again. But when I spoke to Gari last evening I made up my mind then and there and decided to go for the Snowberry Close property. The property indeed is a beautiful one but I must say the credit also goes to Gari's business man skills.
