Just a line as I'm sure you only usually hear from your landlords when there's a problem or they want a moan!
I just wanted to compliment you on your current team. We've obviously always has a very good relationship with the old faithfuls over many years, but I have got to say, I do find every member of the current team very business like and professional, not easy to say about many organisations these days!
