Just to say thank you very much for all your phone calls keeping us up to date with the position of the sale of Marjoram Place. Obviously we were both very disappointed that we were unable to sell our property in time to secure it, especially as we had been assured by one of your competitors our house would sell within days/weeks no problem.

If you should happen to get any other property which is in the same calibrem please could you bear us in mind and contact us as soon as possible, although I realise the houses in Bradley Stoke like that one come on the market quite rarely in comparison.

Once again many thanks to you both for your patience and advice to us over the past 6 weeks. It was very appreciated although obviously the outcome wasn't as we had hoped.
