I viewed Sherbourne Avenue on Saturday 29th August, and had a very experience with the estate agency. The property was delightful, well presented, and the information on the current tenancy/maintenance/running costs wes very useful. I have not put in an offer on this occassion but the package here was attractive and sensibly priced.
