Firstly let me apologise for the delay in writing this letter but I am at present constantly between countries.
Back in April of this year I contacted Life-Style with a view to purchasing a property I had seen on the internet. The person that answered my call was named James.
At the time I was living in Cyprus and was unable to view the property that I have subsequently purchased. I telephoned James numerously in order to obtain further details regarding the house and to arrange an immediate viewing appointment for my parents.
At all times James provided an outstanding service, remaining patient and extremely friendly, he was in actual fact much more helpful that the solicitor I was paying for as he kept in constant touch throughout the process!
After many frustrating events leading up to the exchange of contracts, I finally collected the keys to my new house at the end of July. In my opinion and with past experience James proved to be one of a kind, most helpful, friendly and above all, honest.
As I am sure you are aware, James is a credit, not only to your branch but also to the Estate Agency Profession, should I consider moving house again I will definitely be using his services again and will recommend him to family and friends. Thank you for outstanding service.
