Charlton Hayes is a brand new development and will eventually consist of 2200 homes. The  development is very conveniently situated on the doorstep of Cribbs Causeway only a few minutes drive from Junction 17 of the M5 and the M4/M5 interchange. There are a very large number of  major employers surrounding the development.

Built on the northern side of Filton Airfield  and some 2.5 to 3 miles from Abbeywood there is a wide selection of  units ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom homes.

There is now a really useful new road linking the A38 directly to south of The Mall, giving an additional short cut through to Jct 17 of the M5.
